The National Innovation Visa (Subclass 858) is a permanent residency visa for individuals with global recognition and exceptional achievements. South Australia offers state nomination under the Innovative Investor stream, specifically targeting individuals who can contribute significantly to the state’s economic and innovation landscape.

1. Age Requirement 年龄要求
There is no age limitation for this visa. However, if the applicant is under 18 or 55 years and over, they must demonstrate that they will provide an exceptional benefit to the Australian community.

Applicants aged 18 and over must demonstrate functional English (e.g., IELTS 4.5 or equivalent).

If they cannot demonstrate functional English, a second instalment of the visa application charge will apply.
